Overall feel of the site will be a dark London pub at NIGHT. Lots of blacks, browns, greys, earthy colors. This has to be a pub that Rob would love to drink at.
Splash page: I want the splash page to be an exterior shot of a corner in London where there sits a pub at night. I found the perfect pub to "redecorate" and "rename".Here are all of the pics of Ye Olde Watling which will soon be known as PATTINSON ARMS.
This is the shot I want to use because I love the angle of being able to see both sides. I just need to photoshop it to be a night time scene.

The lettering for the pub name will be in brass letters. I want to call it "Pattinson Arms".
"Enter Website" text and link to index2.html will be on the a-frame sign.

For menu navigation I imagined something like this: (from
http://www.thesohobar.co.uk/) Of course a couple of images of Rob's face worked in to tie him to the site. It will go at the top of index2 page as well as at the top of each individual page. Index2.html page will be navigation menu (links) at the top and I love how these lights flicker so I'd love to borrow that idea, but this exact scene is too fancy for my pub so will have to improvise. I'd like the main graphic to resemble the interior of PATTINSON ARMS. Checkered floors are a must. I have some images of Rob with a mic - maybe use to make a sort of collage. Again needs to be very dark, blacks, greys, browns, earth tones. Note that Index2 page will double as my news & updates page.
I like the size of this navigation menu:
It would say Pattinson Arms, have the Pattinson crest and then below would be the page name, such as LINKS or TOUR or BIO. I'd like the colors of the sign to mesh well with whatever design I end up with for the nav menu because the page header will be below the nav menu on each page,
The sign will consist of the Pattinson Coat of Arms (example) - I found two slightly different crests for Pattinson. I like the crest on the right with the flames. Would love to use the crest on the right and bring it to life with color, like golds and deep reds, silver on the armor, blue on the tear drops. (This is the Illustrator work I need done because I think it would have to be drawn from scratch.)
and above the sign it will have a lamp (example) that continuously flickers like there is a real flame inside like the Soho bar example SWF above
Finally, I need a logo. Though the pub environment of my site is called Pattinson Arms, the site domain is www.myrobertpattinson.com and that is how I will be listing it on affiliate sites. "MyRobertPattinson.com: The Music of Robert Pattinson" is all of the text that I want on the logo, but would love a design that is Jazz/Blues-ish, maybe more blues cos he plays guitar and piano. Here are some logos I found that I like. Maybe the round parts of the R and the P in his name can be musical note shapes? Colors would be similar to what is used in the splash and nav pages.
I need a couple of different sizes for the logo.
